Cats & Creativity

If you share your life with a cat or a house overlord, let's be honest, you already know how much joy they bring (not to mention pull your hair moments out). Even then, cats have a way of making even the simplest moments meowgical—whether it’s the soft rumble of their purrs, the silly zoomies at odd times, knocking shit off the tables, kneading on your bare legs, or the quiet comfort of their presence when you need it most. For me, that source of joy is my cat Nezuko, the cute little bengal cat that you've come to know so well through my artwork.

Nezuko isn’t just my companion—she’s my muse, co-author and my co-business owner. She has inspired the books and art I create. Every story I write and every piece of artwork I design carries a little piece of her.

I believe cats are more than pets. After all, the Egyptians were the ones to notice that gods embodied them. And it wasn't just them, so many parts of the world saw cats are symbols of luck, happiness and freedom. That’s why I’ve built my creative work around sharing that joy. Through my books, art, and unique designs, I want to give fellow cat lovers and horror fans the same spark of happiness Nezuko gives me every day.
