Terms & Conditions

Shipping​

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout and is based on the shipping location. International orders may be subject to additional shipping costs like customs and duties that are not included in the shipping rate we provide. These additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer to pay. All orders will be processed and shipped once a week, every Friday, from Calgary, Alberta (provided quantities are in stock).

Returns & Exchange​

Due to the nature of our products, Kathy Enriquez Books & Art does not provide returns or exchanges. If your product was damaged during shipping or there is an issue with the product, and it is within 30 days of purchase please email kathyenriquezauthor@gmail.com with clear photos and details of the areas of concern. We can send you a replacement.

Commissions

1. Revisions

  • All commissions include 2 free change requests.

  • Additional changes are charged at $25–$50 USD per change, depending on complexity.

  • Changes requested after final approval may incur additional fees or may not be possible, depending on the stage of work.

2. Payment Terms

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.

  • The remaining 50% is due before delivery of the final high-resolution file.

  • Payments are processed securely through PayPal (@katquill).

3. Delivery

  • Finished high-resolution files will be sent to the client via email.

  • Standard turnaround time is 5–8 weeks from the date the deposit is received and all necessary reference materials have been provided.

  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

4. Usage & Rights

  • By commissioning me, you grant permission for the artwork to be displayed in my portfolio, website, and social media.

  • If you would like your commission to remain private, you must request this in writing before work begins.

  • The artist retains all copyright to the artwork. The client may not resell, reproduce, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without prior written agreement.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • If a project is cancelled after work has begun, no additional refunds will be issued for work already completed.

  • If I am unable to complete your commission due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund will be issued based on the stage of work completed.

6. Agreement
By paying the deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.​
